Dealing with stress at workspace life is big challenge for individuals and for organizations both. Organizations often face a very high cost for inefficiency, conflicts and wrong decisions by working people because of the stress in their life. Because of the stress people cannot access and use their potential and intelligence. Right decision, good relations, understanding situations, teamwork, focus on the situation, multidimensional sense and overview depends on clear, confident and healthy inner relaxation. Challenges create stress and stress is not good for dealing with challenges intelligently.
Being confident and relaxed in dealing with challenges is the key to success. Can individuals develop skills for a stress free life? Can people manage their wellbeing in challenging situations? Yes, that is what Self Management is all about; developing such skills in individuals. And an organizational culture self-management skill in individuals creates an optimal environment for creativity, innovation and peak performance. An organization where individuals have the opportunity to develop and use their best abilities is naturally a successful organization.
This Self Management workshop offers an opportunity for the participants to learn- experiential and effective tools for managing their wellbeing and self-abilities.
There is a space for to understanding the role of mind-set patterns, emotions and inner identifications in creating stress in life and how one can change this inner situation for a joyful living.
Methodology of the workshops is based on a variety of techniques, such as active meditations, breathing exercises, awareness and centering practices, guided hypnosis etc. In the workshop participants can experience the relaxation, awareness and being present to their body-mind. Also they learn take-home techniques to maintain these qualities in the active life.
Workshop has focus on the power of Self-Awareness to transform the weaknesses and discover the potential in individuals and that becomes a revolutionary support for a right change in people and in organizations.
